Chapter History:

Theta Rho Chapter are named by Brother Melvin Ramos (Tarlac Chapter ) and Brother. Glenn Salvacion ( Busat Chapter ) it was Established last Nov. 12, 2004 at Ems Barrio Brgy. 3 Legazpi City, Albay .On that year all the Skeptron chapters in that barangay are dying so both me and melvin combine to produce a solid strength. That time Bro. Melvin are working at lucky 9 convenince store then we meet and melvin approach me to help him build a chapter. I easily agree because since im already graduated in college it doesnt mean that i am done being a skeptron. Our very 1st batch that time was bro. adon of dwcl and bro ron time passes we are now in the 5th anniverssary this coming Nov. 12, 2009. Long live to all THETARHONIANS!!!!!
